Mr. Wen-Jen Hong
Chairman & CEO
Mr. Hong has been devoted to the electronic industry since graduating from National Taipei University of Technology in 1957. Before founding Taiwan Misaki, he served Noble Electronics and Alpha Electronics in key technical roles. With over 40 years of experience, Mr. Hong has led the company to higher and higher achievements over the years and has continuously guided the management team in growth strategies and technical development.
Mr. Dennis Hung
General Manager
Dennis Hung is director of all the company’s daily operations and is responsible for supply chain management. Before joining the company in 2003, he worked for i2 Technologies, USA, as a project manager. During the 4 years of employment, he led teams implement i2 supply chain management solution for numbers of NB manufacturers.
Dennis Hung possesses a Master in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, an MBA & Master in Logistic Management from Maryland University, USA.
Ms. Ruby Hung
Sales Manager
Ruby Hung joined T-MEC in 2004 and serves as Sales Manager. She participates in the sales direction and overall strategy setting. She also takes charge of the operating of exporting business. Previously, she was a founder of Canada-registered Hong Chang Da Int’l Corp., focusing on the trading of steel. Previously, she was the Manager of Exporting Department of Taiwanese Lynx Int’l Corp., handling the exporting business of collection items. She has more than 15 year’s hands-on experience of marketing and international trading. She has an MBA degree from Durham University (UK) and bachelor degree in Foreign Language and Literature from NSYS (Taiwan).
Mr. Chiu-Yuan Chuang
General Manager of Shanghai Plant
Mr. Chuang Joined T-MEC in 1989 and has served different key roles in Production, Engineering, and R&D. With his specialty in Production and Engineering, he has take lead of the Shanghai plant, the biggest production center in the group, since 2004.
Mr. Tony Wong
General Manager of Shenzhen Plant
Mr. Wong joined T-MEC in 1993 and has served key roles in production and Quality Control. He became the general manager of Shenzhen plant, the earliest China plant of the group in 2001.

Mr. Hung-Ming Chen
Vice General Manager
Fred Chen is in charge of Research and Development of T-MEC. In this role, he assists the President in charting technical strategies for the company, and heads the R&D Department, which is mainly located in Taiwan, since 2005. He has more than 10 years of R&D experience in different fields. Previously he was with Nortel Networks as a senior scientific staff member. In Nortel he led and was involved in various projects in consulting product and network designs. Prior to Nortel, he earned his Ph.D. and M.S. from Durham University, UK, and NTU with major in telecommunications and EE.
Andrew Chang
Chief Engineer
Andrew joins TMEC in June of 2007; he graduated from the mechanical engineering department of Taiwan Industrial Technology Institute, and had studied in NCTU electronic engineering department. Then he served as the assistant technician in the examining centre of ITRI, the engineer of Microideal Enterprise Co., Ltd. Later served as the manager of research and development department and the vice general manager of engineering department of Microtips Technology Co., Ltd. he has abundant experience of the consumer product development, his specialty is applying new technical and material on the new product, so, he is charge of the introduction for new technology and new material into TMEC.
